At OTTB on Tap, all of our merchandise is made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at ottbontap@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photos showing the issue

We’ll review your request and, if eligible, send a replacement at no additional cost. Please note:

• We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

• Sizing details are included on each product page—please double-check before ordering.
